We had an idea for what we thought would be the perfect gym.

 

Personalized group training built on passion, assessments, motivation, access, science,
accountability and results. Imagine getting all the focus of a personal trainer, the fun of group
workouts, the access of big gyms and the technology and science of a lab...that is THE BLOCK. Never fear though...you can still book one on one personal training if that is your preference! You can even do small group bookings with your own family/friends.

We love the balance of a fit and fun lifestyle.

We want to help you build the best YOU and have the best time doing it. 

 

The methods we use at The Block BR are what make us so unique. We find out what’s important to you and design a customized fitness program just for you.
